Subscription orders are shipped out on a monthly basis. Orders received on any given month will be collected and shipped the following month. For instance, a subscription received in January will be delivered the following month and will be shipped monthly through the duration of the subscription.
All sales are final however we accept exchange requests within thirty (30) days of shipping (the ship date) for most items in new condition.
Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered, have no stains, or animal hair to receive an exchange.
Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are eligible for credit only in the amount of the current price of the item.
You can send exchange items back to us with your own shipping, just include your receipt or printed out email confirmation.
We can not guarantee having the same product in stock and available for exchange but will provide you with another fashionable option at equal value or greater.
